Dear
Parents,
This Saturday
the grade 5 & 6 classes are running the canteen for the Deep Freeze basketball
tournament, hosted at SCS. This is one
of our biggest Camp Kinasao fundraisers!
The tournament starts Friday and runs all day Saturday from 8am to 8pm.
We are
asking for food and drink donations.
Soup or chili and a bun are big sellers.
It works well when a batch of soup or chili is donated in a
crockpot. Powerade and pop are also big
sellers. Please drop off items in Mr.L’s
classroom. Soup/chili needs to be
dropped off on Friday since there is limited space in the kitchen this
week.
We also need
a few parents and students to work in the canteen. A schedule will be set up once the sign-up is
complete. You will be notified if and
when you are working the canteen!
Please review
the lists and sign up below. There is an
items donation section, as well as a timetable to volunteer your time working
the canteen (We will only need 1-2 adults per shift). Return the form ASAP this week.
